![]() Beyond the initial email a month ago, I've had no response from them whatsoever. I waited until I had received my November credit card statement to make sure that they had not in fact refunded the money. I did that, emailing them 3 times and telling them that failure to reply to my email would lead to my putting a negative review online. I sent them the information twice and then received and email to state that they are not affiliated with Spin Top Games and to please contact their customer support. They in turn told me they had no record of my purchase. I contacted SpinTopGames and explained the problem. During my first usage of the game I could not get past chapter 5 because the cups would not pick up. I downloaded Dead Man's Folly from Spin Top Games and paid via PayPal.
